The United Kingdom is currently offering grants to assist with the cost of installing EV ChargePoint’s at home. The EV ChargePoint’s Grant is available to renters or flat owners, and it can provide up to £350 or 75% off the cost of installation. However as previously mentioned you must have dedicated off-street parking and only one grant can be given per eligible vehicle and household.
The OZEV Grant (Office for Zero Emission Vehicles) is again available to people who live in a rented property or own a flat with dedicated off-street parking and this provides £350 off the cost of the purchase and installation of domestic EV ChargePoint’s.
